Coffee & Conversation at Watergate
Watergate @ Ashby Village invites all residents for a presentation and discussion on “Religion and Science” done by resident and W@AV member Ray Westergard. He’ll talk briefly about some of the historical conflicts between science and religion, such as those involving Galileo and Darwin, and what Einstein and other scientists have said about this issue. He also will discuss such issues as the validity of miracles, the efficacy of prayer and whether or not it’s possible to have a science-based morality.
