Armchair Natural History Club
Spend a morning enjoying the natural history writing of Sue Hubbell. No homework to prepare for our book-based meetings - just the chance to re-read old favorites or to be introduced to new authors recommended by other Ashby Village members. This book was recommended by a member who attended our April presentation on backyard beekeeping. Several years ago, Donald and I also read about half this book (Broadsides from the Other Orders: A Book of Bugs, by Sue Hubbell) aloud, enjoyed it and learned a lot, but got sidetracked before finishing it.
