:
STUMBLING STONE by Julie Freestone and Rudi Raab. We are pleased to start 2017 by inviting you all to join us in hearing about and discussing an unusual story. The authors have written a work of fiction based on their own true story of a New York Jewish women who married a Berkeley German policeman, the son of a member of the Nazi Party. How they connect and what they find out about the family's past makes for a compelling read. Julie and Rudi will use slides as they take us through the uncovering of an interesting piece of history. For those interested, the book is available in paperback and on Kindle at Amazon.
