A small fee will be charged for this class and some personal equipment will be required.
INSTRUCTOR: Pamela Mckernan is a certified ACSM personal trainer with specialties in rehabilitation, core training, and working with older adults. She is currently an instructor at the Berkeley YMCA and a private personal trainer.
