Volunteer Postings Coordinator
Working with information provided by Pat Carvalho, the Operations & Volunteer Manager, the Coordinator will:
- Review and update volunteer job postings on current recruitment websites
- Identify and research new volunteer recruiting websites to post volunteer jobs
- Identify neighborhood website publications for posting options, including NextDoor, Kensington Outlook, Berkeley Parent Network, etc.
- Contact local colleges for recruiting opportunities
Qualifications:
- Good computer skills, including some experience with social media
- Good organization and communications skills
- Ability to work independently under general supervision
- Warmth, humor, and enthusiasm
Time Commitment: 2 hours/week in the Village Office
