PART II - REMAINING HEALTHY AND INDEPENDENT AS WE AGE
From April's informative gathering we got an overview of many steps in fostering a lifestyle that can prevent, delay, and even reverse chronic diseases (such as Alzheimers, Diabetes and more). End the confusion about conflicting diet recommendations and please join us for Part II where Celeste Burrows will share in detail her knowledge and expertise of some very specific diet/nutrition and other steps for a particular disease.
Celeste is a Certified Nutrition Consultant, with a specialty in Healthy Aging. She is a lifelong student and follower of nutrition, and its use as medicine. She has lived at Watergate 24 years, is on Emeryville's Commission on Aging and the Bicycle / Pedestrian Advisory Committee. She also consults with individuals privately and in groups.
Time and treats volunteered, so donations gratefully accepted to cover expenses.
Presented by EmeryBunch of Ashby Village.
