Our guest today is Pat Carvalho, Ashby Village’s Operations Director. Pat joined Ashby Village after more than 25 years in the fast-paced retail industry. After volunteering at various nonprofits, she discovered that her greatest fulfillment was in working with seniors. Her skills and experience include operations and logistics, process and policy development, profit and loss; staff recruitment, training and management.
Pat will describe her position (including as volunteer coordinator) and answer questions about it. She has also been asked to tell us what a typical day in her Ashby Village life is like. Wow!
