About our presenter:
Rick Southern grew up in Menlo Park, received his B.A. in economics from U. C. Santa Cruz and has extensive post graduate coursework. He worked in the computer industry from 1978-1989 and transferred his skills to the mortgage industry, and has been originating reverse mortgages, exclusively, since 2013.
He says he is “winding down” and working less, so is not into “hard sells”, just wants older adults to be aware of options. He is an avid “Village” supporter and volunteers with Village of the Coastside in Half Moon Bay performing safety checks in homes.
