$10 fee per class. Check or cash payment due to trainer upon arrival to class.
One of the greatest dangers to seniors is injury from falls. Developing better balance, flexibility and strength can all go toward lessening one's chances of falling. This class is aimed at seniors of all levels of fitness.
Led by Certified Personal Trainer, Yoga and Pilates Teacher.
Maximum of 10 people in each class.
About the Instructor: Pamela Mckernan
Pamela Mckernan is a certified ACSM personal trainer with specialties in rehabilitation, core training, and working with older adults. She is currently an instructor at the Berkeley YMCA and a private personal trainer.
