Go to Antartica with Werner Herzog and meet a lot of fascinating people: the esoteric scientists whose research takes them there and the eclectic collection of individuals who get jobs there for the adventure of it. Become caught up in Herzog's passion for life and see breathtaking and other-worldly moving images taken under the ice and across the vast white spaces on the ground. Hang out with seals, penguins and the tiny fantastical creatures some of the scientists study, creatures you've never seen before. Perhaps this is the ultimate in armchair adventures. Come and enjoy it.
Please be perfume-free when you come.
Email Mary to let her know you’re coming—both for directions and to ensure comfortable seating both for you and others.
Also please let Mary know if you have signed up and find yourself unable to attend so that your seat can be available for someone else.
