This month Barbara Rogers will talk about her experience renting rooms to Cal grad students. She has tips for others who think they might like to do the same.
Following Barbara we will have a presentation by Roberta Pressman and Rochelle Lefkowitz from Ashby Village Elder Action. Roberta and Rochelle will speak about the proposed changes to Proposition 13. This is something we all need to know about.
Excellent food, good company and close to home. Munchies will be pot luck, so bring something if you feel inspired.
