10:45 am - 11:30 am: Mat Yoga
Come for either one or both, as Chair Yoga is
a great warm-up for Mat Yoga.
Please bring:
Chair Yoga: one large towel or blanket
Mat Yoga: a yoga mat & one large towel or blanket
