Join us every Monday morning for excellent start to your week!
10:00 am - 10:30 am: basic instruction, great for beginners or anyone looking for a refresher
10:30 am - 11:00 am: group practice of the movements
Tai Chi is a non martial form consisting of 19 flowing movements and one pose. It is designed to balance, accumulate and circulate our life force, energy or chi from around and within you. These simple movements which can be done standing or sitting align you with this universal force. It is truly one of the first health programs that can be called holistic. These simple movements harmonize the body, mind and spirit.

Better ability to focus and concentrate and mental clarity
Studies done at UCLA show Tai Chi helps Arthritis pain and movement

The movements are done slowly, softly, and smoothly involving the “effort of no effort”, truly a moving meditation, easy to learn.
About the instructor:
Faith Isaacs i
s an accredited Tai Chi Chih instructor by the National Tai Chi Chih Association. She is a highly skilled and experienced te
acher who has taught this Tai Chi form in many places in the Bay Area and New Jersey, including Kiko Yo Personal Traini
ng and Yoga Studio, S.F., Dance with Life Chiropractic, S.F., The Redwoods, Mill Valley, Mt. Tam Racquet Club in Corte Madera., Healthwell Physical Therapy Center, S.F. She has also taught in hospitals and privately.
In addition Faith is a Yoga instructor with over 30 years of teaching experience, a group leader in workshops for stress management,
breathing fo
r better health, guided imagery and meditation.
She truly loves teaching others this beneficial Tai Chi Chih form and has a soft spot in helping seniors incorporate this into their lives.
