Come practice joining a virtual meeting using Zoom, a video conferencing application.
Project Coordinator, Su-Yin Bickner, will do a short guide on some of the Zoom features to prepare you for the Pre-Social Hour Forum tomorrow (4/3).

3. You may then be asked for a participant ID, just hit pound (#).

If you can take some time today to install their application on your computers it will make joining the meeting a bit smoother.You will be prompted to install this before the meeting regardless, but by installing it ahead of time it may take some of the stress away from connecting to the meeting.
