Living with Loss
RESCHEDULED for next month
Drop-in Grief Group, open to both members and volunteers. Each session begins with a mind-body relaxation, followed by time to share experiences of loss and reflect on grief in participants’ lives. The Grief Group seeks to allow voice and healing through peer-led sharing and listening; it does not take the place of a clinical therapy space.
