(Arrive early for coffee, etc, from the market.)

Open to:
 All

Accessibility: Wheelchair & walker accessible

This very scenic flat walk of about one hour follows the shoreline of the Emeryville marina and SF Bay. Our pace will adapt to the group, and we can split up into 2s and 3s to walk at different paces.
The route can be shortened using shortcuts to the return path or walkers can stop at a bench and wait there for the group.

Driving Directions:
Take the Powell St exit from Hwy 80, go west towards the Bay. Pass the high rise Towers; turn right on Captain Drive and into the parking lot at the Market. We'll meet at the tables in front of the market.
Transit Directions: BART: exit at Macarthur and walk right to the shuttle bus shelter area. Weekdays take the South Shellmound/Marina shuttle that departs at 9:30. (Weekends the Shellmound/Powell departs at 9:40 am.)  Arrive early to watch for the shuttle; you can tell the driver you are going to the Watergate Market stop; it is the stop right after the Towers stop.
Bus: On San Pablo Ave take the 72/72M/72R bus to San Pablo Ave & 40th St. Cross both streets to the EmeryGoRound stop on the NE corner on 40th St.
On Telegraph Ave the 6 bus stops at Telegraph & 40th St. Walk west one block to Macarthur BART and catch the shuttle there.
