THE LITTLE WE NEED FOR HAPPINESS'
Too many commitments? An endless 'to-do' list? Feeling overwhelmed and w
orried about every little thing?
All Ashby Village'ers and Watergate residents are invited to come hear this month's guest speaker. Author Jane Anne Staw will talk about her book 'Small: The Little We Need for Happiness' which is about how to go (with practice) from thinking
large
to slowing down and discovering more joy, serenity and abundance thru a different perspective, thinking
small .
Ms. Staw lives in the Bay Area and is
a teacher and current writing coach (past 15 yrs), has taught at Stanford, UC Extension (20 yrs), and in an MFA writing program at University of San Francisco (12yrs).
