An important goal of Ashby Village is to help to keep our members physically and emotionally healthy so that they may continue to live independently.
The staff and office volunteers who take calls from our members are often the first to notice if an Ashby Village member seems to be having more difficulties, or experiencing a sudden change in physical or emotional health. Because of that, you are often in the best position to help us to provide additional support and/or services at the earliest possible time in order to prevent more serious problems from occurring.
In order to support you in taking calls that may seem out of the ordinary, we have scheduled an Office Corps "Red Flag" training facilitated by Roberta Pressman, Member Support Leader/Social Care Team.
