About this event
Class begins at 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM.
(Zoom Room opens at 9:30 AM.)
Props required: Chair, strap (could be a bathrobe tie or a belt), block (could be a roll of toilet paper if no block) and a wall space or door.
Registration Required:
If you would like to join class, please send an email to the teacher, Bridget (bridget.frederick@gmail.com) a day or two before class, and let her know if you have any questions or concerns about participating in the class (any injuries or health concerns will be good for her to know). Once you've contacted her, she will send you the details for joining the class on Zoom.
Cost for Class:
$70.00 for 12 sessions beginning on March 4th.

How to Join:

Our virtual yoga studio will open at 9:30 AM. Class begins at 10:00 AM Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in, take care of any technical difficulties, and set up your practice space, and props so we can start on time. Looking forward to practicing with you soon!
Meet the instructor:
Bridget Frederick is a graduate of The Berkeley Yoga Room Advanced Studies Program. With a strong focus on anatomy, balance and core strength, her classes aim to make yoga accessible to anyone who is interested in finding the relief, strength or stillness that yoga can offer.
